SHAXS RIVOJIDA PSIXOLOGIK OMILLARNING O‘RNI: BIOPSIXOSOSIAL YONDASHUVDA EMPIRIK BAHOLASH VA MODEL TAVSIFI

Ushbu tadqiqotning maqsadi shaxs rivojida psixologik omillarning (o‘zini anglash, emotsional regulyatsiya, motivatsiya, ijtimoiy qo‘llab-quvvatlashni idrok etish, stressga chidamlilik) shaxsiy yetuklik va psixologik farovonlik ko‘rsatkichlariga ta’sirini biopsixososial yondashuv doirasida empirik baholashdan iborat. Tadqiqotda kesimiy (cross-sectional) dizayn qo‘llanildi; oliy ta’lim muassasalari talabalari va yosh mutaxassislaridan iborat namunada standartlashtirilgan psixodiagnostik so‘rovnomalar orqali ma’lumotlar to‘plandi. Tahlil jarayonida tavsifiy statistika, ishonchlilik ko‘rsatkichlari (Cronbach alfa), Pearson korrelyatsiyasi, ko‘p omilli regressiya va mediatsiya/ moderatsiya elementlari qo‘llanildi. Natijalar psixologik farovonlik va shaxsiy yetuklikning eng kuchli prediktorlari sifatida emotsional regulyatsiya hamda o‘zini anglash ko‘rsatkichlari ajralib chiqishini, motivatsion yo‘nalganlik va ijtimoiy qo‘llab-quvvatlashni idrok etish esa himoya omili sifatida stress simptomlarini pasaytirishini ko‘rsatdi. Regressiya modellari psixologik omillar shaxs rivojining turli komponentlarini izohlashda sezilarli ulushga egaligini tasdiqladi. Xulosalarda ta’lim va mehnat muhitida psixologik kompetensiyalarni rivojlantirish dasturlarini (emotsional savodxonlik, maqsad qo‘yish, stress-menejment, refleksiya) joriy etish shaxs rivojini qo‘llab-quvvatlashning amaliy yo‘nalishi sifatida asoslandi.
