Ushbu maqolada jismoniy tarbiyaning kasalliklar profilaktikasi va stressni kamaytirishdagi o‘rni ilmiy-nazariy hamda amaliy jihatdan yoritiladi. Tadqiqotning maqsadi muntazam harakat, aerob mashqlar, kuch mashqlari, cho‘zilish va nafasni boshqarish elementlari organizmning funksional holati, psixoemotsional barqarorligi hamda turli noinfeksion kasalliklar xavfiga qanday ta’sir ko‘rsatishini tuzilmasida tahlil qilishdan iborat. Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, to‘g‘ri rejalashtirilgan jismoniy faollik yurak-qon tomir tizimi, nafas olish apparati, modda almashinuvi, uyqu sifati va stressga chidamlilikni yaxshilaydi. Shu bilan birga, ortiqcha yuklama, noto‘g‘ri texnika va individual xususiyatlarni hisobga olmaslik kutilgan foydani pasaytirishi mumkin.
