Maqolada vino materiallarini qadoqlashda qo‘llaniladigan qopqoqlarni mayda mexanik zarrachalardan tozalash muammolari tahlil qilingan. Qopqoqlarning chang va shisha kukuni bilan ifloslanishi vino mahsulotining sifati va xavfsizligiga salbiy ta’sir ko‘rsatishi asoslab berilgan. Amaliyotda qo‘llanilayotgan qo‘l mehnatiga asoslangan puflash usulining past samaradorligi va sanitariya-gigiyena talablariga mos kelmasligi ko‘rsatib o‘tilgan. Muammoni hal etish uchun avtomatlashtirilgan siqilgan havo, vakuumli tozalash va UV-dezinfeksiya texnologiyalarini joriy etish taklif etiladi.
