Abstract

This article explores the function of syntactical stylistic devices of repetition in literature and rhetoric, highlighting their significance in enhancing meaning, creating emphasis, and evoking emotional responses. Repetition serves multiple purposes, including emphasizing key themes, establishing rhythm and cohesion, and building tension within narratives. It plays a crucial role in character development and can be an effective persuasive tool in speeches and arguments.
