Abstract

Mazkur maqolada bakteriyalarning bioplenka hosil qilish xususiyatlari, mexanizmlari va ularning biologik ahamiyati o'rganilgan. Bioplenkalar bakteriyalarning yuzalarga yopishib, murakkab tuzilmalarda yashashini ta'minlovchi jamoaviy strategiya bo'lib, ekologik va klinik jihatdan muhim hisoblanadi. Tadqiqot davomida Pseudomonas aeruginosa bakteriyasining bioplenka hosil qilish jarayoni mikrotitr plastinka usuli, kristal violet bo'yash va konfokal lazerli skanerlovchi mikroskop yordamida tahlil qilindi.
