Abstract

Gazlarni nordon komponentlardan absorbsiya usulida tozalashda absorber konstruksiyasinini takomillashtirish orqali tozalash samaradorligini oshirishga erishiladi. Bunda absorber kolonnada nasadga qatlamini balandligini kamayirib, 3 uch qismdan iborat (8 ta nasadka qatlamini) nasadkalar qatlamini o‘rnatish va hamda gaz va absorbentni kesishgan oqimini hosil qilishga erishiladi. Ushbu konstruksiyani qo‘llash orqali gazlar va absorbentni uchrashish samaradorligi ortadi, bu esa o‘z navbatida gazlarni tozalash samaradorligi ortishiga olib keladi. Bundan tashqari gazning kesishgan oqimini hosil qilinishi kolonnadagi gidravlik qarshilikni kamayishiga erishiladi. Gidravlik qarshilikni kamayishi kolonnadagi bosim yo‘qotilishini kamaytiradi va bu tozalanish samaradorliga ijobiy ta’sir ko‘rsatadi.
