Ushbu maqolada elektrokardiografiyaning biofizik asoslari hamda yurak faoliyatini qayd etishda qo‘llaniladigan zamonaviy o‘lchash uslublari tizimli ravishda tahlil qilinadi. Yurak mushaklarida yuzaga keladigan bioelektrik potensiallarning kelib chiqish mexanizmlari, ularning tana yuzasiga tarqalish qonuniyatlari va elektrodlar yordamida qayd etilish jarayonining fizik mohiyati ilmiy asosda yoritiladi. Shuningdek, elektrokardiogramma signallarining shakllanishi, ularning amplituda va vaqt parametrlariga ta’sir etuvchi omillar hamda signallarni qayta ishlashning texnologik jihatlari batafsil ko‘rib chiqiladi.
