Abstract

Maqolada mis asosidagi nanoqoplamalarni (CuNP va CuO/Cu₂O nanozarralari) ishlab chiqarishning ilmiy-texnologik asoslari, sintez metodlari, yuzaga keladigan mexanizmlar va biologik faolligi tahlil qilinadi. Mis nanozarralari bakteriyalar va viruslarga qarshi samarali bo‘lib, ularning ishlash mexanizmi mis ionlari ajralishi, reaktiv kislorod shakllari (ROS) hosil bo‘lishi, hujayra membranasini buzish, oqsillarni denaturatsiya qilish va virus genetik materialini inaktivatsiya qilish kabi jarayonlarga asoslanadi. Shuningdek, maqolada qoplamaning texnologik ko‘rsatkichlari, sintez usullari, biologik samaradorligini baholash metodlari va amaliy qo‘llanish sohalari batafsil yoritiladi.
