Ushbu maqola futbolning inson sog‘lig‘iga bo‘lgan ijobiy ta'sirini o‘rganadi. Futbol jismoniy faoliyatning muhim shakli bo‘lib, yurak-qon tomir tizimi, mushaklar va suyaklar uchun foydali bo‘lishi bilan birga, muvozanatni saqlash, chidamlilikni oshirish, va tana vaznini normallashtirishga yordam beradi.
