Abstract

Ushbu maqolada texnik uglerod (carbon black) olish texnologiyasining zamonaviy yondashuvlari hamda uning fizik-kimyoviy xossalariga ta’sir etuvchi omillar tahlil qilingan. Piroliz moyi, atsetilen va boshqa uglevodorod manbalari asosida texnik uglerod sintezi jarayonlari ko‘rib chiqilgan. Sulfanol tipidagi sirt faol moddalar yordamida dispersiyalash va xelatlash jarayonlari orqali TU-5 markali texnik uglerod olish texnologiyasi ishlab chiqilgan. Olingan mahsulotning dispersligi, strukturaviy ko‘rsatkichlari va sanoat standartlariga mosligi ASTM usullari asosida baholangan.
