Abstract
Maktabgacha taʼlim tashkilotida (MTT) sog‘lom psixologik muhit yaratish tarbiyalanuvchilarning har tomonlama rivojlanishi, ijtimoiy-hissiy salomatligi va taʼlim jarayonining samaradorligini oshirishning asosiy omilidir. Ushbu maqola MTTda xavfsizlik, ishonch, o‘zaro hurmat va ijobiy munosabatlarga asoslangan muhitni shakllantirishning nazariy asoslari va amaliy mexanizmlarini tahlil qiladi. Sog‘lom psixologik muhit nafaqat bolalarning stressga chidamliligini oshiradi, balki ularning o‘z-o‘zini anglashini va ijodiy salohiyatini ro‘yobga chiqarishga yordam beradi. Bundan tashqari, pedagoglar va ota-onalar o‘rtasidagi samarali hamkorlikni mustahkamlash, nizolarni konstruktiv hal qilish ko‘nikmalarini rivojlantirish hamda har bir bolaning individual ehtiyojlariga eʼtibor qaratishning muhimligi yoritilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari MTT mutaxassislariga ish faoliyatida qo‘llashlari mumkin bo‘lgan aniq tavsiyalarni taqdim etadi.
