Abstract
Ushbu maqolada maktabgacha ta’lim tashkiloti rahbarining boshqaruv faoliyatidagi psixologik omillar, shaxslararo munosabatlarni yo‘lga qo‘yish, emotsional intellekt, liderlik qobiliyati va jamoadagi psixologik iqlimni shakllantirishga doir masalalar yoritilgan. Shuningdek, rahbarning pedagoglar, bolalar va ota-onalar bilan ishlashdagi psixologik kompetensiyalari ilmiy-nazariy asosda tahlil qilingan
