Abstract
Ushbu maqola rahbarlikda o‘zini boshqarish kompetensiyalari orqali shaxsiy potensialni to‘liq ro‘yobga chiqarishda self-actualization tamoyilini o‘rganishga bag‘ishlangan. Tadqiqot shuni aniqlashga qaratilganki, o‘zini boshqarish ko‘nikmalari qanday qilib rahbarlarning o‘ziga xos qobiliyatlarini to‘liq faollashtirishning asosiy mexanizmi bo‘lib, bir vaqtning o‘zida ularning jamoalari va tashkilotlaridagi professional o‘sishni rag‘batlantirishga xizmat qiladi.
