Abstract
ichik biznes va xususiy tadbirkorlik iqtisodiy rivojlanishning muhim omillaridan biri hisoblanadi. Ushbu maqolada mehnat munosabatlarini takomillashtirish orqali kichik biznes subyektlarining faoliyatini yanada rivojlantirish imkoniyatlari tahlil
qilingan. Mehnat munosabatlarining huquqiy asoslari, zamonaviy tendensiyalar va amaliy muammolar ko‘rib chiqilgan. Natijalar kichik biznesda samarali mehnat tizimi yaratish bo‘yicha takliflar bilan yakunlangan.
