Abstract
Ushbu ilmiy maqolada hazm qilish sistemasining anatomik tuzilishi, fiziologik vazifalari, fermentativ mexanizmlari va klinik ahamiyati batafsil ko'rib chiqilgan. Og'iz bo'shlig'idan boshlab to'g'ri ichakkacha bo'lgan barcha organlar, ularning bir-biri bilan koordinatsiyasi hamda ovqat hazm qilish jarayonidagi roli ilmiy adabiyotlar asosida tahlil qilingan. Maqola tibbiyot talabalari va kliniklar uchun mo'ljallangan.
