Abstract
Ushbu maqolada buyrak transplantatsiyasida anatomik moslik masalalari keng ko'lamda tahlil qilingan. Donor va retsipient o'rtasidagi immunologik, anatomik va fiziologik parametrlarning mos kelishi transplantatsiya natijalarini belgilovchi asosiy omillar sifatida ko'rib chiqilgan. HLA tizimi antigenlari bo'yicha moslik, ABO qon guruhi moslik, buyrakning o'lchami va tomir arxitektonikasi, siydik yo'llari anatomiyasi, shuningdek retsipientning chanoq-qorin bo'shlig'i topografiyasiga doir zamonaviy yondashuvlar taqdim etilgan. Maqolada anatomik nomuvofiqlik hollarida qo'llaniladigan jarrohlik strategiyalari va muqobil usullar ham muhokama qilingan
