Abstract
Maqolada global kompetensiyalar tushunchasi va uning maktabgacha yoshda shakllanish imkoniyatlari yoritiladi. Vigotskiyning sotsiomadaniy nazariyasi, Bronfenbrenner ekologiya modeli hamda anti-igʻvochi taʼlim amaliyoti asosida tarbiya jarayonini qayta loyihalash yoʻllari tahlil qilinadi. Milliy qadriyatlarni global fuqarolik bilan uygʻunlashtirish tamoyillari taklif etiladi.
