Abstract

Butun dunyoda suv va tuproq sho‘rlanish darajasi har xil bo‘lgan chekka hudud tuproqlarida almashlab ekishda sho‘r va qurg‘oqchilikka chidamli muqobil o‘simliklarni qo‘llash yoki bunday sharoitda yetishtirish qiyin yoki imkonsiz bo‘lgan an‘anaviy ekinlarni almashtirish maqsadga muvofiq deb hisoblanmoqda. So‘nggi yillarda dunyo miqosida agrosenozlardagi yuqoridagi kabi muammolarni hal etishda quinoa (Chenopodium quinoa Willd) psevdodon o‘simligiga e‘tibor kuchaymoqda. Bu o‘simlikdan ekstremal tuproq va iqlim sharoitlariga yaxshi moslashgan ko‘p maqsadli agrosanoat ekinlari sifatida foydalanish mumkin
