Abstract
Ushbu maqololada o‘qituvchining ta'lim jarayonini samarali va maqsadga muvofiq tashkil etish, o‘quvchilarning ehtiyojlarini inobatga olish, ularga kerakli bilim, ko‘nikma va malakalarni o‘rgatishda o‘zining professional yondashuvini namoyon qilish haqida ma’lumotlar keng yoritilgan. Jumladan: o`quvchilarni individual ravishda tushunish va ularga moslashtirish, pedagogik texnikalar va metodlarni to`gr`i tanlash, motivatsiya yaratish, tilni kommuniktiv yondashuvda o`rgatish, o`quvchilarga tinglash va so‘zlashni rivojlantirish, texnologiyalardan samarali foydalanish, doimiy professional rivojlanish, fikr va mulohazalarni taqdim etish, sinovlar va baholashni to‘g‘ri tashkil etish kabi usulardan foydalaniladi.
