Abstract
Sabzavot tarkibida organizmdagi moddalar almashinuvi, insonning tashqi ko‘rinishiga o‘z ta’sirini ko‘rsatuvchi A vitamini va beta-karotin mavjud. Masalan, insonda A vitamini yetishmovchiligi bo‘lsa, teri quriydi va sochda qazg‘oq paydo bo‘ladi. A vitamini ko‘z mushaklariga va to‘r pardasiga ta’sir qiladi. Sabzi boshqa sabzavotlarga nisbatan yuqori shakar miqdori bilan mashhur. Bunga qaramay, sabzi diabet uchun ham foydalidir. Sabzini foydali sabzavot sifatida afzal ko'rish mumkin.
