Abstract

Bosh aylanishi – muvozanat buzilib, atrofdagi narsalar aylanayotgandek sezilishidir. Bunda bemorning koʼngli aynib qusadi, qulogʼi shangʼillaydi, yaxshi eshitmaydi, rang oʼzgaradi, tomir urishi susayadi, oʼrnidan turganida aksari yiqilib tushadi. Sogʼlom odam ham keskin harakat qilganida, masalan, oʼridan sakrab turganida aylanganida, paroxodda, transportda ketayotganida, juda balandda yurganida boshi aylanishi mumkin, bu fiziologik bosh aylanishi hisoblanadi.
