Abstract

This article analyzes the fundamental theoretical and legal aspects and modern problems of legal regulation of social relations in society. The mechanism of legal regulation, its elements, principles and methods are revealed from a scientific point of view. Also, issues and systemic problems of increasing the effectiveness of legal regulation in the conditions of globalization and digitalization are studied.
