Abstract
The qualifications of educators and specialists are consistently aligned not only with the knowledge and skills acquired in higher education institutions but also with their efforts to enhance their potential. To nurture future generations and develop them comprehensively, it is necessary to integrate theory with practice, exchange experiences, and conduct research. Due to the nature of my work, I would like to dwell on the publication activities of specialists in this field and their attitudes towards it. It is known that if theory is not integrated with practice, there will be a disconnect. This leads to the expenditure of excessive time and resources, ultimately risking methodological developments becoming useless papers. Writing a scientific article is usually not taught anywhere. An individual engaged in teaching, and later in scientific research, must first use various sources (it must be said that there are now very wide opportunities for this), consult them, and also turn to colleagues and mentors. After submitting an article, questions like 'where should the abstract be placed in the article?' and 'how is an abstract written?' sometimes make one ponder. If a specialist who just graduated from a higher education institution asks this question, you sit down and explain, and you don't regret the time spent. But what if this question is asked by an educator who has been working for several years?!References
