Bu tadqiqot ishi, bo'lajak o'qituvchilarda ijodkorlik kompetensiyalarini shakllantirish usullarini o'rganish va ilmiy tadqiq qilish maqsadida olib borilgan. O'qituvchilar ijodiy fikrlarni va yaratuvchanlikni o'rgatishning muhim vazifasini o'z ichiga oladi. Ushbu maqolada, ijodkorlikning ahamiyatini, uning o'qitish jarayonida o'zgartiruvchi roli, va bo'lajak o'qituvchilarda bu kompetensiyalarni shakllantirishda samarali usullar tahlil qilindi.
