Abstract
Yuz-jag‘ jarrohligidan keyingi og‘riq, shish, trizm va yallig‘lanish bemorning funksional holati va hayot sifatiga sezilarli ta’sir qiladi. Ushbu tezisda operatsiyadan keyingi morbidlikni kamaytirishda steroid bo‘lmagan yallig‘lanishga qarshi vositalar, kortikosteroidlar, lokal sovuq qo‘llash, fotobiomodulyatsiya, trombotsit va leykotsitlarga boy fibrin hamda atraumatik jarrohlik texnikasining klinik samaradorligi tahlil qilindi. Zamonaviy dalillar multimodal yondashuvning, ya’ni analgeziya, yallig‘lanishga qarshi terapiya va mahalliy fizik-biologik usullarni oqilona birlashtirishning afzalligini ko‘rsatadi.
