Abstract
Ushbu maqolada pastki jag‘ uchinchi molyar tishini jarrohlik yo‘li bilan olib tashlashdan keyingi asoratlarni oldini olishning zamonaviy, dalillarga asoslangan usullari tahlil qilindi. Adabiyotlar sintezi alveolyar osteit, jarrohlik joyi infeksiyasi, og‘riq, shish, trizm, qon ketish hamda pastki alveolyar va lingval nerv shikastlanishining profilaktikasiga qaratildi. Operatsiyagacha panoramik rentgen va yuqori xavfda konus-nurli kompyuter tomografiyasi asosida anatomik riskni baholash, atraumatik flap va minimal osteotomiya, yetarli irrigatsiya, oqilona gemostaz, xlorheksidin qo‘llash, tanlangan intrasoket vositalar, kortikosteroidlar, piezoxirurgiya va individual antibiotik stewardship yondashuvlari muhokama qilindi.
