Abstract
This thesis analyzes the strategic directions of developing the personnel training system in the sphere of culture and art based on modern pedagogical and digital technologies. At the same time, the significance of introducing innovative and creative approaches in sectoral education, particularly project-based learning, the modular system, distance education, and simulation technologies, is substantiated. The article comprehensively highlights the regulatory and legal foundations of the Regional Center for Retraining and Professional Development of Pedagogical Personnel under the Uzbekistan State Institute of Arts and Culture, the quantitative and qualitative indicators of its activities during the academic year, and the scientific potential of the faculty members.
