Abstract

Yadro tibbiyoti va radioaktiv zarrachalar stomatologik tadqiqotlarda keng qo'llaniladi, chunki ular suyak va tishlarning cheklangan metabolik faolligini o'rganishning bir nechta amaliy usullaridan birini ta'minlaydi. Ushbu radioaktiv moddalarning kichik miqdorini aniq o'lchash va tishdagi inert elementning massasidan ajratish qulayligi ayniqsa qimmatlidir. Ular kalsifikatsiya va mineral almashinuvning ko'plab muammolarini o'rganishda foydalidir. Bundan tashqari, ulardan florozni, kariesni himoya qilishni, periodontal kasalliklarni, tish materiallarining mikro qatlamlarini, ildizlarning rezorbsiyasini, ozuqaviy va endokrin ta'sirini, shuningdek, ko'plab stomatologik muammolarni tekshirishda foydalanish imkoniyatlari mavjud. Stomatologiyada yadro sinovlari orqali tishlarga yozilgan yosh, osteoblastik faollikni sintigrafik baholash va suyak sintigrafiyasi yordamida tish implantlari atrofidagi osteoblastik faollikni baholash mumkin. Yadro tibbiyoti "faol" alveolyar suyak yo'qolishining ko'rsatkichi bo'lishi mumkin. Yadro tibbiyoti usullari og'iz bo'shlig'i kasalliklari (yaxshi xulqli o'smalar va karsinomalar) va temporomandibular qo'shma kasalliklarni tashxislash uchun qo'shimcha vosita sifatida qo'llanilishi mumkin. Ushbu sharh maqolasida yadro tibbiyotining ushbu ko'rsatkichlari muhokama qilingan.
