Description

This article analyzes conflicts in project management, their causes, consequences, and strategies for
reducing them. Conflicts that arise within project teams can stem from various reasons and may hinder
the achievement of project goals. The article discusses the necessary measures and strategies for identifying
conflicts within project teams and working effectively with them. The required methods for reducing and
managing conflicts, as well as concrete recommendations for resolving issues within project teams, are
provided.
